Mountain gold

Hughes, Denis2018
Large Print
Rex Brandon, internationally famous geologist, is flying to join a party of prospectors camped overlooking the frozen surface of Great Bear Lake in northern Canada, when his plane is forced down in a storm. Suddenly Brandon faces a 200-mile trek across the frozen wastes. Of the people he meets on his journey - all of whom want to get to Great Bear - several are destined to die, and Brandon cannot be certain that the survivors are who they say they are, or what their true motives may be.
