The first is a short deep breathing practice which improves natural breathing and is a very efficient relaxing and energising tonic for body and mind. The second is a deep whole body relaxation. The third is an easy sequence of yoga-style stretches designed to bring physical relief from sedentary desk work. The last two practices are sitting meditations that improve posture and enhance concentration skills.
